Returns are only accepted in Sri Lanka.
EXCHANGES
If you'd like to make an exchange, please follow our return policy and place a new order for the product you desire. This will ensure the product is available and gets to you quicker.
RETURN POLICY
- Merchandise can only be returned if purchased online directly from www.dylanssurfcompany.com.
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of date purchased.
- Merchandise must be in original condition, unwashed, unworn with tags intact and returned in original packaging. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
- Items listed as SALE cannot be returned for a refund.
- All items must be returned with the return shipping label.
- Shipping charges incurred during checkout are not refundable.
- Shipping charges for returns are not free and are on own expense.
SENDING IT BACK
- For all returns, a return label needs to be filled in and sent with the parcel.
- Contact a courier service for delivery to avoid late returns.
- If you wish to return your items to one of our shops, please contact us by email dylanssurfcompany@gmail.com. Please add your order id in the email.
REFUNDS
- Refunds are issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase. For example, if you paid by credit card, your refund will be issued to the credit card.
- For credit card purchases we can only do full refunds. Partial refunds to your card is unfortunately not possible. If you have made a payment by credit card and wish to make a partial return, please contact us on dylanssurfcompany@gmail.com and we'll see options available.
- Partial refunds can be made through online banking to bank accounts in Sri Lanka only. We can also arrange a cash refund through our retail shops.
- Once your return has been received by our warehouse, please allow up to 7-10 business days to complete. Additional processing time may occur depending on your financial institution before the funds appear on your account.
